Tennis 101 An Introduction to Tennis Basics

A series of four lessons designed for the player who is just beginning tennis or who has been away from the game for a while. Participants learn the basics of each stroke in an energetic and rewarding atmosphere with other players of the same ability.

Tennis 201 An Introduction to Singles and Doubles Strategy

The next step for the aspiring tennis player. Tennis 201 takes everything that you learned about stroke mechanics and applies it to a “live ball” situation. Four sessions will be devoted to Singles and Doubles strategy in a comfortable and informative environment.

Tennis 301 Supervised Match Play

Tennis 301 offers a series of four “Match Play” sessions for past 101 and 201 participants. The goal of these sessions is to help players gain confidence in their game by playing singles and doubles with a court-side pro available to answer questions and critique your play.

Cardio Tennis

Cardio Tennis is a high energy fitness activity that combines the best features of the sport of tennis with cardiovascular exercise, delivering the ultimate, full body, calorie burning aerobic workout. It is a very social and fun class for players of all ability levels taught by a tennis teaching professional.

Fast Feed Drill Clinic

A high energy fitness activity that combines the best features of the sport of tennis with cardiovascular exercise using tennis drills to improve fitness. Do you enjoy doubles, but it just doesn’t give you as good a work out as you would like. The Fast Feed Clinic is all about moving and hitting. If you can make it through the fast feed clinic and not break a sweat you are not human. This clinic is designed to improve your movement and give you a great cardio workout using tennis drills. You will have so much fun playing tennis that you will not realize you just ran for a solid hour chasing tennis balls. Come to the Fast Feed Clinic and get a great workout and improve your tennis stamina.

Tennis X-Press

This class is a great way to learn the game of tennis. It’s a new and improved way to experience tennis for the first time. This class uses a graduated approach to teaching tennis. Players are taught by using different types of tennis balls during a six week class. As the class progresses the players use a different type of tennis ball until by the end of the class they are hitting regulation balls. This approach allows players to improve at a faster rate and have more fun while learning the game of tennis. Come on down and try Tennis Xpress and learn a game for a lifetime.
