As Principal of High Performance Sports Management, Angie oversees all operations at the Winter Park Tennis Center. Angie also coaches private lessons and clinics, instilling her high level of tennis and her love of the game to all who work with her. In her native country of Latvia, she rose quickly among the ranks of young tennis stars, earning a high ranking in singles and doubles tournament play. Angie’s performance in her home country ultimately lead to her becoming the #16 ranked junior in the Soviet Union Republic. After moving to the United States in the 1990’s, Angie played collegiate tennis in Louisiana before transferring to Rollins College where she earned the title of #1 Singles player. Angie was recently inducted into both the Sunshine State and Rollins College Halls of Fame.

Angie is a Graduate of Rollins College with a major in International Business and a minor in Economics. Since Angie has taken over management of Winter Park Tennis Center there has been strong growth in the tennis center’s membership base. When High Performance Sports Management took over managing the Winter Park Tennis Center, there were approximately 140 members, now there are over 250. Since 2010, under the leadership of Angie Zguna the Winter Park Tennis Center has seen steady growth.

As the Director of High Performance Player Development, Adrian brings extensive skill and knowledge to every aspect of his work at High Performance Sports Management. Whether teaching private lessons, coaching the juniors in the High Performance program, or our highly praised stroke clinics, his hands-on, focused, and organized approach is evident. When Adrian is not overseeing classes or teaching lessons, you might see him on the courts as a hitting partner for any number of touring pros that pass through the area.

As our Director of High Performance Player Development, Adrian cultivates top-notch players through a clearly defined training structure and competitive pathway. In addition, through the implementation of a comprehensive coaching philosophy and structure he is able to train juniors in the High Performance program at an accelerated rate. Adrian’s player development methodology has been proven to keep tennis players in and at the top of their game.
